Ahshanti Shine

Ahshanti Shine is an experienced Community Manager currently overseeing residential services at HomeOwners Advantage, LLC since October 2019, ensuring compliance with governance and Marriott brand standards. With prior roles in property and community management, including managing a 21-story high-rise and multiple subdivisions at Access Management Group, as well as extensive financial oversight and tenant relations experience at Ray White, Ahshanti has demonstrated strong capabilities in technical writing, visual communication, and staff training.
