Kim Goddard

Kim joined Benchmark Capital in November 2021 and provides guidance and leadership on all aspects of the group’s people strategy.

Kim has over 17 years of experience in senior positions within the insurance and financial services sectors, most notably with Stackhouse Poland (part of Gallagher UK), BTG Pactual, and Fidelity.

Kim is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
