Previously, Lisa held various HR managerial positions at Express Scripts, Aetna, Frigidaire, National Rehabilitation Hospital, Bank One, and Abrasive Technology. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Lisa has extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, union negotiations, and HR strategy development.
