Chris Gera

Chris Gera has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Chris is currently the Vice President of Operations at HomePro, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Founder and Chief Executive of The Relevant Group. Chris also worked as the Vice President of Operations at Momentum Solar and Vio Security. Chris has a background in consulting, having served as the President of Gogh Solutions, where they focused on improving customer service and operational efficiency. Chris also held a position as the Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Research & Insights at Service Council™. Earlier in their career, Chris worked at MasTec Advanced Technologies as a Vice President of Operations and at Vivint Inc. as the Vice President of Service. Chris started their career at Nielsen, where they held various leadership roles, including Global Strategic Program Leader, VP of Information & Support Services, and VP of Field Operations. Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing technology solutions.

Chris Gera holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Ohio University. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Black Belt (Lean) certification from Nielsen in 2012.
