Vincent Pavero

Vincent Pavero serves as President, Product Coach, and Advisor at vincent.pm, focusing on supporting large organizations with complex structures in adopting the product model since January 2018. As Co-Founder and CEO of Homeric Technologies, Vincent aims to transform organizations into innovation powerhouses through an AI-powered platform for managing transformation initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Digital Products and Customer Experience at CAE, where responsibility encompassed leading the Customer Experience group in the CAE Digital Accelerator, and Senior Product Manager positions at both Bell and Epic Games, directing efforts in IoT initiatives and the launch of Unreal Enterprise. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Product Management at Taxelco and IMETRIK, and as an Electrical Engineer at NASA. Vincent holds a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ESIEE Paris.
