Patrina Williams

Support Service Case Manager - Families at HomeRise (formerly Community Housing Partnership)

Patrina Williams is an experienced case manager with a strong background in providing supportive housing and services to individuals and families facing homelessness. Since December 2017, Patrina has worked at the Tenderloin Housing Clinic, focusing on housing formerly homeless individuals and couples in a safe environment. Concurrently, Patrina serves as a Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager for Pathways to Housing DC and as a Support Service Case Manager for Families at Community Housing Partnership, which emphasizes outcome-focused support for homeless individuals, seniors, and families. In addition, Patrina has experience as a Family Advocate at CORA and previously held a position as a Case Manager at UCSF Department of Psychiatry. Patrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stony Brook University, obtained between 1984 and 1988.

HomeRise (formerly Community Housing Partnership)

Community Housing Partnership is now HomeRise. While the name is new, the work we do remains the same: we help people experiencing homelessness rise up and transform their lives by providing a home combined with support services, like mental health services and job training, and advocating for policies that alleviate and prevent homelessness. Together with our supporters, we are changing lives and rebuilding the neighborhoods and city that we love. Each year, HomeRise’s supportive housing transforms the lives of more than 1,900 adults, children, seniors, and veterans who experienced homelessness. The impact is long-lasting: 98% of our past and present residents who experienced homelessness stay housed.
