Christopher Gross

Christopher Gross has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher is currently working at HomeRiver Group as a Portfolio Vice President and Asset Manager. Prior to this, they worked at FirstKey Homes as a District Operations Director. In this role, they successfully managed multiple markets and implemented strategies to adapt to a remote working environment. Before that, they worked at Tricon American Homes as a Portfolio Manager, where they developed a property management team and improved delinquency and retention metrics. Christopher also held positions at Rosetti Properties as a Director of Property Management, Burns Management as a Property Manager, Sunrise Management and Consulting as a Property Manager, and Craftech Industries as a Production Coordinator. Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated leadership skills, a focus on continuous improvement, and an ability to adapt to challenging situations.

Christopher Gross attended LaSalle Institute from 2003 to 2005. After completing their studies at LaSalle Institute, they enrolled at SUNY Oneonta from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration & Economics.
