Katie Morales

Katie Morales, CAM, currently serves as the Regional Manager at HomeRiver Group since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Portfolio Manager at Great Jones from November 2019 to June 2022, Property Manager at HavenBrook Homes from January 2019 to November 2019, and various positions at Palmetto, including Director of Property Management and Property Manager from February 2016 to January 2019. Katie also worked as a Property Manager at Fogelman Management Group from September 2008 to February 2016 and began the career as an Escrow Specialist at Complete Title Services of S.E. Michigan from May 2004 to June 2008. Educational credentials include studies at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School from 2007 to 2009 and a Bachelor of Science in Literature from Lawrence Technological University, earned between 2004 and 2006.
