Sarah Daly, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP has a wide range of experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HomeRiver Group, where they lead the talent strategy and initiatives for the company. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President and Head of Talent at Awareness Tech, where they developed and executed talent strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Sarah also has experience as the Head of Human Resources and Talent Management at Corbin Advisors, where they built an HR and talent function to support the company's expansion.

Before that, Sarah worked as a Human Resources Consultant at DalyHR, providing strategic HR guidance and partnering with business leaders to drive business results and employee engagement. Sarah has also held various HR leadership positions at The Hartford, including Strategic Workday Talent Lead, AVP of Performance Development and Learning, AVP of HR Integration, and HR Director for Group Benefits.

Prior to their time at The Hartford, Sarah served in HR leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., including HR Director of IT Transformation, HR Director of Finance, IT, and SFS, and HR Director of Stanley Access Technologies. Sarah was responsible for leading strategic HR initiatives, such as organizational structure and effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, and employee engagement.

Sarah's earlier career includes positions as a Human Resources Manager at Muehlstein, where they led HR due diligence for the sale of the company, and various HR roles at Toshiba and Barneys New York.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and execute HR strategies, build and lead high-performing teams, and drive business results through effective talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Sarah Daly, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hofstra University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications from the Josh Bersin Academy, including a Certificate in Voice of the Employee, a Certificate in Elevating Equity, a Certificate in Coaching at Scale, and a Certificate in Data Driven HR - Learning Journey. Sarah has also obtained certifications in HR in the Age of AI, People Analytics, Performance Management Reimagined, and The Strategic HR Business Partner from the Josh Bersin Academy. Other certifications include Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork.
