Gil B.

Gil B. has over 20 years of work experience in various industries. Gil began their career in 1998 as a Web Developer for ChatScan. In 1999, they moved on to become a Sr Developer/Team Leader for IFN Finance. In 2002, they became a Sr. Technical Project Manager for Toys R Us, where they managed a project for the finance department and led the efforts of teaming up with Amazon. In 2004, Gil B. co-founded PresentsForYou, an online retail and wholesale company, and also held the role of IT Marketing Technology Senior Software Engineer Consultant for Medco health solutions. From 2008 to 2009, they held various consulting roles in wholesale/retail/import/export. From 2009 to 2018, they were Vice President for BuyDBest, where they were in charge of all development, projects, and partial infrastructure in the IT department. Most recently, they founded HomeRoots in 2018, a USA based B2B selling platform of furniture, lighting and home décor, bridging interior designers and retailers with manufacturers.

Gil B. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Holon Institute of Technology in 2002. Gil then went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Rutgers University - Newark, which they completed in 2008.
