Hagar Rips

Hagar Rips has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hagar currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Operations at HomeRoots since March 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the CEO of LADINGO starting from October 2017.

Hagar also has experience in the technology sector, having worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Camera51, a smart camera application, from February 2016 to October 2017. Hagar played a key role in the company's growth and success by utilizing computer vision technology.

Additionally, Hagar served as the Director of Business Development at FirstOffer from September 2014 to February 2016. Hagar was responsible for driving business initiatives to achieve overall growth.

Hagar's experience also includes working as the Vice President of Business Development at Yadwire, an IT/wireless/telecom industry startup, from May 2013 to April 2014. Hagar played a crucial role in spearheading business development initiatives and contributing to the company's objectives and strategy.

Prior to that, Hagar co-founded and served as the CEO of LoFraier.co.il, an e-commerce website, from August 2009 to December 2011. Hagar was responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, marketing, and financial decision making.

Hagar also gained experience in business development as a university student at Wibiya, a hi-tech company, from October 2009 to August 2010. Hagar collaborated with others to identify websites that would benefit from Wibiya's toolbar and established strategic cooperation with large-scale customers.

Hagar's early career involved working as an Executive Assistant at SKR Diamonds, where they supported the VP of Marketing and managed worldwide trade shows and presentations. Hagar also served as the company's representative for the Italian market.

Furthermore, Hagar had a successful entrepreneurial venture as the CEO and founder of HR Bronze, a company that imported, manufactured, and marketed sunless tanning machines and complementary products. Hagar managed the daily operations and strategic direction of the company, achieving a profitable exit in 2006.

Hagar's professional journey began in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a Lieutenant and Field artillery officer from October 1999 to May 2002.

Hagar Rips attended Reichman University from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Zell Program and entrepreneurship. The specific course they took was called the Business Admin. RRIS (international course).
