Hagar's professional journey began in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a Lieutenant and Field artillery officer from October 1999 to May 2002.
Hagar Rips attended Reichman University from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Zell Program and entrepreneurship. The specific course they took was called the Business Admin. RRIS (international course).
