Jocelyn Phipps

Jocelyn Phipps is currently the Community Engagement Coordinator at Homes For Our Troops. Prior to this, Jocelyn served as the Vice President for Programming of the Student Association at Binghamton University. Jocelyn also worked as a Tour Guide at Binghamton University and held various internships and roles in community engagement, communications, and event management.
