The Administrative and HR Team at Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the organization by managing office functions, processing financial gifts, and overseeing HR tasks. This team handles everything from maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating office operations to supporting staff with HR needs and addressing employee concerns. By maintaining a well-structured internal environment, the team enables HFOT to focus on its core mission of building and donating specially adapted custom homes to injured Veterans.
