Subu S. is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Multi Site General Manager at Homes for Students since April 2022, Subu has previously held multiple managerial positions at Travelodge Hotels Limited from November 2005 to March 2022, including Hotel Manager and Deputy Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Social Chef at SMG Europe and Junior Sous Chef & Restaurant Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Subu holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Hospitality Administration/Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Madurai Kamaraj University, along with a diploma in culinary arts and kitchen administration from the Institute of Hotel Management.
