Christine Foote

Christine Foote serves as the Clinical Director at Homes4Hope since October 2021. Previously, Christine held the position of Therapist at Congruent Counseling Services from November 2021 to January 2023 and was the Program Director at Peninsula Addiction Services from January 2019 to April 2022. Earlier career roles include Addictions Counselor at Wicomico County Health Department, Assistant Director of Maryland Housing at Hudson Health Services Inc., Graduate Assistant at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Trainee at Second Wind Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, along with additional certifications in computer repair and business management. Christine is a licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with experience in intensive outpatient programs.
