Gary Dowdy

Gary Dowdy currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at HomeSafe Alliance since May 2024, overseeing move management services for military personnel and their families. Previously, Dowdy was the Vice President of Digital Transformation at POOLCORP, where responsibilities included aligning departments with digital initiatives and providing updates to the CEO and board. At J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., from November 2016 to June 2023, Dowdy held the role of Vice President of Engineering and Technology. Additionally, Dowdy led the Venture Center's FinTech Accelerator, facilitating investments in fintech companies alongside FIS Global. Earlier in their career, Dowdy was a Partner and Practice Lead at BlueOrbit Solutions, where significant growth and the implementation of mobile banking solutions were achieved. Dowdy holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas.
