Tammy Schillace

Tammy Schillace is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the relocation and logistics industry. Currently serving as the Director of International IHHG Operations at HomeSafe Alliance since May 2022, Tammy focuses on establishing processes and guidelines to optimize Department of Defense customer relocations. Prior to this role, Tammy worked at Stevens International as the International Operations Manager from February 2008 to October 2022, overseeing sales and operations for international household goods and ensuring exceptional customer service. Earlier experience includes managing office operations at Guardian International from 2003 to 2008 and a 24-year tenure at North American Van Lines, where Tammy progressed from a part-time filing role to positions such as dispatch supervisor and fleet administrator, gaining comprehensive insight into the industry.
