Jason McGinty

Jason McGinty has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jason is currently working at Homesearch as the Head of Data since January 2023. Previously, they were the Lead Data Scientist at Homesearch from May 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they worked at ONYX Insight as a Lead Data Scientist from June 2021 to May 2022, where they focused on decision support systems for condition-based maintenance and owned the fieldPRO inspection equipment inspection software. Prior to that, Jason was a Senior Consultant - Analytics & AI at Parity Group PLC from June 2020 to May 2021, where they managed the Data Analytics and AI group. Jason started their career at Siemens, where they held multiple roles including Data Scientist, Senior Remote Diagnostic Engineer, and Project Manager from 2013 to 2020. At Siemens, they were responsible for various tasks such as the architecture of bespoke internal digital systems, supporting gas turbine fleet with remote diagnostic services, and managing long term service agreements for gas turbine maintenance. Jason also has experience in the legal sector, as an Industrial Disease Claimshandler at BERRYMANS LACE MAWER LLP from September 2011 to August 2013.

Jason McGinty began their education in 2004 at The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the field of Law. Jason attended the university until 2008. Following this, they enrolled in BPP Law School from 2008 to 2011, where they completed their Legal Practice Course, also in Law. Finally, in 2017, Jason attended the University of Lincoln, where they focused on Computer Science and obtained an MSc by Research. Their education history concludes in 2019.
