Cyril Blanc

Cyril Blanc is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief HR, Communication & CSR Officer at HomeServe France since January 2021, Cyril oversees HR strategy, communication, and corporate social responsibility initiatives for a company with over 1,200 employees and a turnover of 260 million euros. Prior to this, Cyril held HR Director positions at ERIKS France, Tarkett, Thales, and Schlumberger, where responsibilities included organizational redesign, employee engagement, talent management, and the creation and professionalization of HR functions. Cyril holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Law from CIFFOP and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from London South Bank University.
