Tatiana Sato

Tatiana Sato has extensive experience in project management and CRM solutions, currently serving as the Product Owner Salesforce at HomeServe France since September 2017. In this role, Tatiana leads the transformation of customer relationship management tools to Salesforce, focusing on process formalization and user journey optimization. Previously, Tatiana worked at DAHER for nearly nine years, managing various projects including the deployment of Salesforce and SAP for different business units, ensuring adherence to best project management practices. Tatiana's career also includes positions in project assistance and management across diverse organizations, complemented by a degree in Industrial Engineering and Logistics from EPF Engineering School.
