Amelie Grandamme has extensive experience in various roles related to internal auditing, risk management, and customer experience. Amelie started their career in 2001 as an Internal Auditor at Natexis Banques Populaires and then worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Caisse Nationale des Caisses d'Epargne. In 2007, they joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Internal Auditor, where they focused on internal audits for clients in the banking sector. Amelie also worked as a Consultant in Internal Audit at Altran Control Solutions and as a Senior Internal Auditor at Urbaser. From 2011 to 2013, Amelie served as the Europe Assurance Manager at HomeServe Iberia, organizing and completing internal audits for European companies within the Homeserve Group. Amelie then moved on to become the Customer Experience Deputy Director, responsible for implementing customer-focused changes and measuring customer satisfaction metrics. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Internal Control Deputy Director, managing the Risks Committee and providing risk assessment and mitigation support for corporate strategy plans. Currently, Amelie is the HVAC Integration Director at HomeServe Iberia, overseeing the integration of new acquired companies in the HVAC business line.

Amelie Grandamme attended EDHEC Business School from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Finance, général. Amelie also enrolled at the University of Deusto from 1999 to 2000 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, général.
