Elena Ortega Izquierdo has extensive work experience in the technology and systems field. Elena Ortega Izquierdo obtained a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad de Valladolid, where they studied from 1997 to 2004. Elena became an ITIL v2 Service Manager in 2009 and an ITIL v3 Expert in 2010, both certifications obtained from EXIN.
