Amir Davies has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and IT. Amir has worked at various companies, including HomeServe USA, HomeServe Plc, HomeServe, Sabio, LEVC, and Pro Enviro Ltd. In their most recent role as Senior Director of Software Engineering at HomeServe USA, they played a crucial role in delivering operational efficiencies through the implementation of automations such as conversational AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Amir led a global team and collaborated closely with product owners and business analysts to achieve successful outcomes. Prior to this, as a Programme Manager at HomeServe Plc, Amir led a global team in implementing operational efficiencies and maximizing growth opportunities using digital technologies, including RPA and conversational AI virtual assistants. Throughout their career, they have also held roles as an IT Project Manager, Senior Software Engineer, IT Consultant, Web Developer, and Software Engineer, showcasing their versatility and expertise in the field.

Amir Davies attended Leeds Beckett University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems. Amir also obtained certifications in AgilePM Foundation and AgilePM Practitioner from APMG International in 2019.
