Autumn Moore, Ed.D., serves as the Talent Management Coordinator at HomeServe USA, where efforts focus on fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented workplace through Employee Resource Groups. Previously, as a People Operations Associate at HomeServe USA, Autumn improved employee engagement and streamlined processes. Additionally, Autumn is the founder of The Autumn Suite Company, aimed at empowering women through authentic connections, and served as the Associate Director for the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, leading initiatives to support youth leadership. Autumn's career also includes roles as a Career Advisor and Academic Counselor at South University, guiding students in their professional journeys and academic paths. Autumn holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Administration from Duquesne University, a Master of Science in Education from Saint Joseph's University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
