Eric Steimel

Eric Steimel's work experience begins in 1994 when they worked as a Software Developer at American Management Systems, Inc. There, they developed the Officer Information Management (OIM) application for the Department of Transportation.

In 1996, Steimel joined Pitney Bowes and held various director roles throughout their tenure. Eric was responsible for contact center technology platforms, including the design of strategic technology and architecture, BPO vendor integration, and project execution. Eric also took on additional responsibilities for global contact center technology platforms and strategy, servicing agents across North America and Europe.

Starting in 2012, Steimel became the Director of Real Estate Technology and Collaboration at Pitney Bowes, where they were responsible for deploying technology infrastructure for global corporate real estate activities.

In their most recent role at HomeServe USA, Steimel served as the Director and later Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering.

Overall, Steimel has a diverse background in technology management, specifically in infrastructure engineering, network and telephony services, contact center technology, and real estate technology.

Eric Steimel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from Binghamton University in 1994. Eric then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Management at NYU Stern School of Business from 1997 to 2000.
