Jacquelyn Candelas is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience design, digital development, and creative direction. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience Design at HomeServe USA, Jacquelyn successfully implemented a paperless strategy that doubled customer response rates in 2023. Previous roles include User Experience Design Manager and User Experience, Visual Designer at HomeServe USA, as well as User Experience Specialist at Applied Visions, Inc., where accessibility in design was a primary focus. Jacquelyn has also held leadership positions at The EGC Group, American Express Global Business Travel, Concentrated Media, and TRAVAMERICA INC, showcasing a strong ability to drive strategic design initiatives and manage cross-functional teams. With a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Communications from Saint Michael's College and additional certifications in AI and product management, Jacquelyn continues to enhance expertise in the field.
