Jessika Murphy

Jessika Murphy has a diverse work experience in various customer service and management roles. Jessika started their career at Justice in 2006 as a Brand Representative / LBR, where they worked until 2013. Jessika then joined Carter's | OshKosh B'gosh as a Part-Time Assistant Manager from 2013 to 2015, focusing on customer service, coaching, and merchandise. In 2015, they worked at Target as a Sales Floor Associate for a brief period. Jessika also held roles at The Children's Place from 2015 to 2020, initially as an Assistant Manager Part Time, and later as a Full-Time Sales Lead. Currently, they are a Customer Service Team Lead at HomeServe USA as of November 2021.

Jessika Murphy attended Chattanooga State Community College from 2008 to 2011. Jessika studied Human Resources Management and Services and obtained a degree in that field.
