Mike Backus

Michael Backus is the Chief Sales Officer at HomeServe USA. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and sales industry.

Michael started their career in 1994 as a Training Manager at MBNA America. Michael then moved to PRC in 1998, where they were Operations Manager. In 2000, they became the Director of Account Management at TeleTech. And in 2006, they became Vendor Manager Outbound at HSBC Card Services.

Michael has a proven track record of success in sales and customer service. Michael is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator. Michael is passionate about helping companies grow and improve their customer relationships.

Michael Backus has a BA in Economics from Rutgers University.
