Marc Saddler

Marc Saddler is an experienced professional in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and Senior Mortgage Underwriter at HomeServices Lending, LLC since January 2012. In this role, Marc oversees loan operations management and evaluates loan risk eligibility according to regulations and guidelines. Previously, Marc was Underwriter Team Lead and Underwriter, specializing in various loan types including conventional and FHA loans. Prior to HomeServices Lending, Marc worked at Wells Fargo Bank for over a decade, achieving the role of Senior Relationship Manager, where successful relationship-building and exceptional customer service led to increased loan production. Earlier experience includes roles in loan administration and loss mitigation. Marc holds a B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Iowa.
