Carol Perry

Carol Perry is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in business development and board leadership. Since 2012, Carol has served as the Chief Business Development Officer at HomeSmart. Additionally, Carol holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley, Inc., and SF Bay Goodwill, all of which focus on empowering individuals through work. Carol is also a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team. Prior roles include CEO and Co-owner of Platinum Home Warranty, Senior Vice President at Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Executive Vice President at Magnus Title Agency, and Publisher/Co-owner at both Commercial Executive Magazine and Residential Executive Magazine. Carol earned a BFA in Journalism/Communications from Southern Methodist University.
