Kim Hughes is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at HomeStars since September 2021, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Team Lead and Strategic Customer Success Manager. Kim is also an active member of Women of Customer Success since June 2024. Prior experience includes positions at Flight Centre Business Travel in Canada, where Kim advanced from Business Travel Consultant to Assistant Team Leader, as well as a history in the travel industry at Flight Centre and AJ Hackett Bungy, where leadership and customer service skills were developed. Kim holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
