Jeffery Pralle is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and sales. Since May 2012, Jeffery has served as a Broker Associate at Homestead Realty, Inc., assisting sellers in marketing properties and helping buyers find suitable homes. As the owner of Footstep Management LLC since June 2008, Jeffery manages over 70 residential rental units and 7 commercial properties, while also running Footstep Properties LLC, which provides quality rental housing in the Onalaska area. Additionally, Jeffery has held key positions such as Director of Legal Affairs on the Board of Directors for Wisconsin Real Estate Investors and has been actively involved in various real estate associations. Jeffery’s background also includes notable service in the UPS for over 32 years and a brief voluntary term on the Wisconsin Future of the Family Commission. An education in operations from the US Navy and a high school diploma from Luther High School complements a diverse professional journey.
