Jay C. Iseman

Jay Iseman has extensive experience in the banking industry. Jay began their career with Bank of America in 2000, where they held various roles such as VP/Client Manager in the Homebuilder Banking and Special Credits departments. In 2008, they joined Key Bank as a VP/Senior Relationship Manager before moving back to Bank of America as SVP/Senior Portfolio Officer in the Special Assets Group. In 2009, they joined HomeStreet Bank as a Senior Vice President/Manager in Credit Administration and later became the Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer. In 2016, they took on the role of Executive Vice President/Chief Risk and Credit Officer at HomeStreet Bank.

Jay Iseman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Economics at SBGE in Seattle Pacific University in 1982. Jay later attended Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they studied International Finance & Marketing until 1984.
