Oded Sugarman

Oded Sugarman has a diverse work experience. Oded recently joined Hometalk, Inc. in 2023 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Quickode from 2016 to 2023, where they held multiple roles including Chief Executive Officer and COO. As the CEO, they oversaw all business and financial aspects of the company. As the COO, they managed day-to-day issues, handled operational challenges with clients and employees, and improved internal processes. Oded also served as a Product and Project Software Manager, responsible for managing development and maintenance projects, client communication, and progress reporting. Before Quickode, Oded worked at Profit Marketing from 2012 to 2016 as a Team Manager, and at Israel Defense Forces from 2009 to 2011 as a Scheduling Coordinator, where they coordinated activities and managed schedules for over 500 soldiers per day.

Oded Sugarman completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Oded pursued their undergraduate education at this institution from 2011 to 2015.
