Lehann Walker

Lehann Walker is currently the Director of Investment Support Operations at Hometap, where responsibilities include building and overseeing the post-closing and servicing department to enhance the customer experience for homeowners during their investment journey. Previously, Lehann held various positions at Planet Home Lending, LLC, including Loan Servicing Manager and Loan Servicing Supervisor, and also worked as a Loan Servicing Manager at 1st Alliance Lending, managing a loan portfolio of $500 million. Early career experience includes roles as a Loan Servicing Specialist, Loan Officer Assistant, and Store Manager at H&M. Lehann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, focusing on Business and Psychology from Bay Path University and is currently pursuing two Master's degrees in Psychology and Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University.
