Adolfo Crudale

Adolfo Crudale possesses extensive experience in operations and sales management within the pest control and beverage industries. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at HomeTeam Pest Defense since July 2010, Adolfo has progressed through various roles including General Manager and Region Sales Manager, focusing on strategic operations and customer service in the Orlando market. Prior to HomeTeam, experience at Nestle Waters involved significant leadership roles, such as Zone Operations Manager, overseeing sales and service to 11,000 customers daily in a substantial business unit. Adolfo's career also includes positions at Nestlé Waters North America, where responsibilities encompassed national and regional sales, as well as a foundational role in financial services at Janney and Fleet Bank. Adolfo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
