Sergio Terzado

Sergio Terzado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as Builder Area Manager for HomeTeam Pest Defense since February 2004, Sergio is responsible for Builder channel sales and service across all branches in Florida. Previously, as a Builder Sales Representative in the greater Tampa market, Sergio established and maintained relationships with executive-level decision makers for major builders. Prior to this, Sergio held the position of Operations Manager at CyberRep.com, where oversight of daily operations in a 300-seat call center and management of new hire training were key responsibilities. Sergio holds a Master of Public Administration in Organizational Behavior Studies from Troy University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Relations/Image Management from Florida International University.
