Jillian Pezet

Jillian Pezet has over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jillian began their career in 2006 as Human Resources Director at QTSWM, where they were later promoted to VP Human Resources/Controller and then Executive Vice President. In 2022, they moved to Fortuna Advisors LLC as Director of Human Resources. In 2023, they joined Homethrive, Inc as Director of Finance & Human Resources and also took on the role of Senior Director of Talent at Clarity Voice.

Jillian Pezet is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in I/O Psychology from Liberty University. Jillian previously earned a Master's in Business Administration and Management, General from Central Michigan University in 2017, a Bachelor's in Psychology from Central Michigan University in 2013, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS from Muskegon Community College. Jillian is also a Certified Treecare Safety Specialist (CTSP) from the Tree Care Industry Association.
