Shanna Grayson

VP, Care Management at Homethrive

At Homethrive, Shanna brings an expansive breadth of healthcare expertise and professional management experiences from her accomplished career in social work to oversee all care management protocols and operations. Prior to joining Homethrive, she was the founding manager of the Care Partner Institute at Nevada Senior Services where she led a team of social service professionals by providing a multitude of evidence-based education and support programs for family caregivers and the Aging and Disability Resource Center.

Shanna is a certified RCI REACH Interventionist through the Rosalynn Carter Institute and worked intimately with caregivers of people living with dementia, teaching them the importance of self-care, stress management, and fundamental coping skills for empowerment and enhancement of overall well-being. Her diverse toolbox of skills includes coaching, advocating, and empowering family caregivers through evidence-based programs and leading social service professionals who share her passion for supporting family caregivers. Early in her career, Shanna worked as a case manager in hospice, skilled nursing, acute care, and other fields within the non-profit sector.

Shanna Grayson earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nevada and a Master of Social Work from Simmons University.
