Ann Donnelly

Ann Donnelly has over 25 years of experience in healthcare management, currently serving as VP of Care and Utilization Management at Priority Health since December 2017. Prior to this role, Ann worked at Genesys PHO for 16 years as VP of Medical Management, focusing on utilization, quality, physician incentives, and patient-centered medical homes. Ann's early career included a managerial position in Quality Management at Blue Care Network, where responsibilities spanned utilization management and leadership development across eight payor-owned health centers. Ann holds a Master of Arts in Professional Health Education from Michigan State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan-Flint, and a diploma in Registered Nursing from Hurley School of Nursing.
