Oleg Pedai

Oleg Pedai is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at HomeToGo since September 2021, Oleg previously held key roles such as Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Ciklum, where responsibilities included spearheading recruitment for various business units, and Global Talent Acquisition Consultant, managing end-to-end recruitment processes in international markets. Prior experience includes roles such as Recruitment Coordinator at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, and Senior HR Manager at Credit Agricole. Oleg’s career began with positions in recruitment consultancy, specializing in sectors including IT, finance, and banking. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Management of Enterprise from Kyiv National Economics University and another Master's in Language and Literature from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
