David Arena

David Arena, PsyD, JD, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Behavioral Health Services at HOMETOWN Health Center, overseeing behavioral health services in rural Maine. Previously, David worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant, redesigning programs and developing key operational components for an FQHC. David has extensive experience in medical education as the Behavioral Science Director and Medical Student Director at Penn State Health St. Joseph, and holds several adjunct and full-time academic positions at various institutions. David’s private practice, Berks Hypnosis and Counseling Services LLC, delivered hypnotherapy and counseling services for nearly 20 years. David's educational background includes a PsyD in Clinical Psychology, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and a JD in Law, supplemented by degrees in Counseling Psychology and Biology.
