H. Marshall Harvey

H. Marshall Harvey has extensive experience in various roles within the customer service industry. H. Marshall began their career as a Senior Service Technician at IKON Office Solutions, where they provided on-site service for a range of digital imaging products. H. Marshall then worked as a Regional Service Manager at J.T. Ray Company, managing multiple customer service departments and implementing policies for improved service. After that, they joined Reeds Office Supply & Equipment as a Service Manager, where they served as the primary contact for customers and focused on building strong business relationships. H. Marshall later became a Field Service Manager at Berney Office Solutions, overseeing the selection, training, and performance of the field service staff. H. Marshall Harvey then took on the role of Director of Service at The Lioce Group, where they managed the customer service department and trained staff in all department operations. Currently, they are the Director of Branch Operations / Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator at Hometown Lenders, L.L.C., responsible for developing a local market sales plan and exceeding annual sales targets. H. Marshall Harvey obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northwest Shoals Community College-Muscle Shoals, where they studied from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they attended Russellville High School from 1983 to 1986, although no degree or field of study is specified. In terms of additional certifications, H. Marshall Harvey obtained a Master Mortgage Underwriter certification from NAMU®-CMMU in November 2016.
