Consumers then order these services like products by depositing funds into escrow and picking an opening on the contractor's work calendar. After the work’s complete they release the funds. Not only does this technology provide consumers with true on-demand access to services but it also runs the contractor's entire business. It provides them jobs, manages their schedule and ensures they get paid. Add a non-profit training program that pays people to learn a trade and you have solved both problems, worker shortage and reliability. Average people get a successful business doing what they want and this business gives us the leverage to enforce compliance.All reliable contractors including myself are backed up for weeks, this is the definition of product market fit.
