Matt Kinsman

Matt Kinsman serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Residential & Commercial Property at Hometown since September 2022, and previously held the role of Operations Manager at MW Lawn & Landscape, Inc. from September 2016 to August 2022. Throughout the career, Matt has effectively managed daily operations, scheduling, training, and production tracking in various roles across multiple companies, including Aspen Lawn and Pest Control and Speedy Car Wash. Matt began professional development as an insurance agent with Farmers Insurance and later contributed as a Merchandiser for Kellogg Company. A Bachelor's of Science in Business Management was earned from Baker University between 2007 and 2009.
