Michael Mayfield

Michael Mayfield is currently serving as the Group Head of Sales Operations and Head of Sales and Retention at Hometree since November 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was the Managing Director of Marketplace UK at Leads.io from February 2014 to July 2022, overseeing the UK Marketplace business and involved in the acquisition of Boiler Guide Limited. At Boiler Guide Limited, Michael held various positions including Sales Director and Head of Sales and Customer Service, managing all sales, service, and business development activities. Michael's career also includes substantial experience at British Gas from October 2006 to February 2014, where roles included Project Manager for SAP Blueprinting, Debt and Risk, and Programme Manager for B2B Smart Metering, as well as being a Six Sigma Practitioner. Earlier career experience features positions such as Team Leader at Mallard Vehicle Finance, Regional Account Manager at NatWest Bank, and Assistant Manager at H Walker & Sons. Michael studied at Beauchamp College from 1992 to 1996.
