Preetham Reddy

Preetham Reddy is a seasoned product and technology leader currently serving as Head of Product at HomeVision since January 2024, focusing on comprehensive collateral underwriting enhanced by machine intelligence. Previously, Preetham was the Chief Technology Officer at ROH, where responsibilities included establishing the first Product & Engineering team and developing a revenue optimization platform for major asset owners and hotel groups. Earlier roles included Director of Product Management at Zillow, where Preetham contributed to unlocking financial opportunities for millions of users, and at Figure, where leadership in a blockchain-based loan marketplace led to significant efficiency gains in securitization. Additional experience encompasses pivotal roles at SoFi, Clara Lending, Luxoft, Bridgewater Associates, and UBS Investment Bank, each contributing to advancements in financial technology and product development. Preetham holds a BS and MSE in Computer Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Michigan.
