Karen Spenley Ceng

Karen Spenley CEng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and energy transition. Currently serving as the UK Country Manager at Celsius Energy since January 2023, Karen focuses on decarbonising buildings through geoenergy and reducing energy consumption. As an HB4 Alumnae with Homeward Bound Projects, Karen advocates for the influence of women in science on global policy. Prior experience at Schlumberger includes roles as Energy Transition Technology Sustainability Advisor, Process Improvement Project Manager, and various positions involving performance management and business development. Karen's educational background includes a Master of Engineering from the University of Cambridge, along with advanced studies in product design and strategic performance management from prestigious institutions such as UCL and MIT.
