Kelsie Clarke is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in business improvement planning and project leadership at Woodside Energy since 2015. As Principal Business Improvement Planning, Kelsie has led diverse teams, managed budgets for engineering operations, and facilitated significant projects, including the KGP Process Safety engineering program and the Maintenance Reference Plan. In addition to engineering roles, Kelsie serves as Vice Chair of the Board for Engineers Without Borders Australia and has actively contributed to initiatives that drive equitable engineering solutions. Kelsie's commitment to development is further exemplified through participation in programs aimed at empowering women in leadership, as well as engagement with Indigenous communities through Jawun Indigenous Corporate Partnerships. Kelsie holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering and a Diploma of Business (Governance).
