Kerry Redican

Kerry Redican brings extensive experience in program and project management with the US Army Corps of Engineers, currently serving as Deputy for Program and Project Management at the Institute for Water Resources. Redican leads a national interdisciplinary community with over 30 program and project managers and has held various leadership roles, including Acting Supervisor, Programs Integration Team Leader, and Operations and Maintenance Account Manager, overseeing complex water resource programs and significant financial accounts. In addition to current involvement with Homeward Bound Leadership STEMM Initiative, Redican's past roles include Program & Project Manager in Jacksonville District and Project Planner in NY District, showcasing a strong background in water resource planning and engineering. An educational foundation in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania complements a diverse career spanning teaching, environmental technology, and volunteer service.
